How do I buy tickets?

Online — Click the "Buy Tickets" link on the show details page of the production you would like to see.
Phone — You may purchase tickets by calling the box office at (225) 588-7576.
Box Office — The box office opens 90 min before the doors open for any show.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

For accessible seating at New Venture Theatre please arrive at the event 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of opening doors. If you are unable to arrive at that time or have specific seating requirements, contact the box office at 225-588-7576 prior to the event.

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is canceled then the patron will be refund their purchase. If an event is postponed then all clients will be offered the option to have their ticket refunded or switched to the new performance time. If you purchased your tickets through the box office, please contact them to receive a refund or
exchange for a postponed or cancelled event.

Can I purchase tickets in person?

New Venture Theatre can only sell tickets in person two hours prior to the showtime. There are no ticket fees online, so patrons are encouraged to get their tickets online and pick them up at the show.
